Shipping
How orders move from the first click to your door.
These estimates will be finalized after our production and fulfillment partner is selected. The timeframe shown at checkout and in your order confirmation will control.
Order processing
In-stock orders are expected to require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment. Made-to-order or preorder items may require additional production time, which will be stated clearly on the product page.
Delivery estimates
United States delivery is expected to take approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Carrier delays, severe weather, high-volume launch periods, and address issues can affect delivery.
Tracking
When an order ships, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show movement after a label is created.
Addresses and lost packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an error is found. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. If tracking marks a package delivered but it cannot be located, first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us.
International delivery
International availability, duties, taxes, and import fees will be shown or described before international ordering is enabled.
